10 Ways to Help Protect Your Freedoms:
1. GET CREATIVE.
Celebrate artistic endeavors, turn everything on its head and see challenges as opportunities. For most people, something that captures the imagination is more powerful than something that captures reason. Don’t try to be liked. Find out how you’re different then be that. That’s where the power is.
2. HAVE A DEBATE.
People do not realize what is going on and need your help to expose the truth. If enough people end up understanding what’s really going on and what the actual goal of this ‘reset’ is, leaders won’t be able to implement it.
3. MEDITATE OR PRAY, EXERCISE AND EAT WELL.
Take control of your health and mindset. In order to attain your objectives and goals, you may have to let go of some unhealthy habits or distractions that prevent you from showing up in the world.
“The pandemic is not a war. The pandemic is a consequence of war. A war against life. The mechanical mind connected to the money machine of extraction has created the illusion of humans as separate from nature, and nature as dead, inert raw material to be exploited. But, in fact, we are part of the biome. And we are part of the virome. The biome and the virome are us. When we wage war on the biodiversity of our forests, our farms, and in our guts, we wage war on ourselves.” Vandana Shiva – Oneness Vs The 1%
Disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature. Find out where your food comes from and learn about the wildlife and plants in your local area.
Presented with new information, the brain creates new connections and is revitalized. Step outside of your comfort zone and expose yourself to change. Without change, society will fall prey to archaic practices.
6. USE CASH.
Use physical cash as much as possible until there are decentralized digital currencies available.
7. THINK/ACT LOCAL.
Buying products from big corporations finances and helps build the control system that is meant to enslave us. Change things from the bottom up by supporting local shops and farmers. Alongside this, organize a stand in your local park to connect with people who are celebrating freedom and diversity: https://astandinthepark.org/.
8. SHOW COMPASSION.
Gandhi said, “Revenge is like drinking poison and waiting for your enemy to die.” Humans need compassion to coexist. The plan is to divide and conquer so instead, unite and revolutionize.
Assess your assets. What do you own that is of value? How can you serve your community with these assets? Build strong, local relationships in order to grow your support network.
10. HAVE COURAGE.
Are you paralyzed with fear? Good. Fear is good. Like self-doubt, fear is an indicator of what we have to do. “The more scared we are of a work or calling, the more sure we can be that we have to do it.” Steven Pressfield – The War of Art
Write out your #1 goal with excitement, feeling proud as if you have already accomplished it. “I’m so happy and grateful that (my goal e.g. ‘The Great Awakening’) has already happened.” What will be next for you?
